I saw this at the Matsushita Sports Complex today






Shah Alam Junior Taekwondo Tournament











Here's a video of a sparring match between a Poom (under13 black)holder and a Yellow belt holder.








Everytime i see people in Taekwondo outfits sparring on rubber mats, the gush of adrenaline makes me want to take up Taekwondo classes again.
